A small team. Fully present.

IT Performance is a Danish consultancy run by experienced software developers who dream in code, with experience from banking, insurance and the public sector.

We are not a big agency with rotating consultants. When you work with us, you work directly with the people who understand the problem, design the solution and build it. Short decision paths, long collaborations.

Our clients are small and medium-sized businesses who want things to work: processes that run themselves, systems that fit together, and a team that can carry more on its own afterwards. We choose pragmatic solutions and share what we know along the way.

  • Teaches development teams coding principles and agile processes, and always picks the right tool for the job over the newest one.

The senior developer

Senior software developer · Certified Scrum Master

  • Develops in C#, .NET and Vue in microservice architectures, with a focus on self-service solutions that users actually understand.
  • Built a rule engine for automated case handling. It is simple enough for the business to configure and generic enough for others to maintain.
  • Drives the team’s agile process as Scrum Master and is trained in graphic facilitation, turning complex needs into clear, usable solutions.
