Automation.
We move manual routines into systems that run themselves, so your people can spend their time on the work that needs a person.
What does it mean?
Automation means that a task an employee does by hand today, following fixed rules, is done by a system instead. That might be moving data from an email into the finance system, deciding an application against a policy, or notifying the right person when something happens.
It’s rarely about replacing people. It’s about removing the repetitive steps, so the cases that need judgement get the time they deserve. The work also becomes consistent, and you can see why a case ended the way it did.
We always start by finding out where the time goes and working out whether it pays off. Sometimes the answer is a small integration, sometimes a rule engine. And sometimes the answer is that it doesn’t pay off.
How we can help
Integrations
Systems that talk to each other, so data doesn’t have to be typed in twice. APIs, file transfers and webhooks between e.g. finance, CRM and line-of-business systems.
Rule engines
Decisions that follow fixed rules are made automatically, and the business can change the rules itself. We have built this for insurance and are developing our own engine, WaveFlows.
Flows and approvals
Approvals, reminders and follow-up built with tools such as n8n or custom code, with a person involved where it’s needed.
AI on concrete tasks
Sorting enquiries, extracting data from documents and summarising, where AI actually helps, and with checks where mistakes are costly.
How we approach it
No grand, gold-plated projects. Small steps you can see and feel.
Map it
We follow the work as it actually happens and find the steps that are manual and repetitive.
Do the maths
Number of cases × time per case × what can realistically be automated. Then you know whether it pays off before you spend money.
Start small
We automate the safe cases first and let the rest go to a person.
Measure and expand
We track how many cases run automatically and automate more when the numbers show it’s safe.
Sound familiar?
If you recognise one of these situations, there is probably something we can help with.
Staff type the same information into several systems.
Approvals happen in email threads, and nobody knows where a case is.
Simple cases queue up behind the difficult ones.
Changing a rule takes a developer every time.
